Young Performers Workshop

Established in 2006, the Young Performers Workshop has trained young musicians from all over North Carolina in how to engage with each other through chamber music and genuinely contribute to the performance of a group. Students work with a team of rotating professional coaches in the Triad Chamber Music’s 10-acre compound, then perform a public concert. The Workshop is directed by Dr. Grace Anderson, who has been twice nominated for the Swalin Outstanding Educator Award of the North Carolina Symphony.

Spring 2017 to Conclude with Concert on May 6

20 Young Performers Workshop students will perform a program of Dvorak's Dumky Trio and Bagatelles, Haydn's String Quartet Op. 77 No. 1, Rossini's C major String Sonata and other pieces. Concert begins at 7pm at the Shallowford Presbyterian Church, Lewisville, North Carolina.
