YOUNG PERFORMERS WORKSHOP
March 5 - May 8, 2016

The Young Performers Workshop is a chamber music program for middle/high school age players. Established in 2006 by artistic director Grace Anderson (nominated for Swalin Best Educator Award by the North Carolina Symphony), the workshop teaches young musicians how to collaborate and lead rehearsals, with emphasis on listening, analysis, and communication. Participants hailing from across North Carolina have gone on to form chamber ensembles of their own as a result of their time in YPW.
